Lisa Modisette, VP Strategy Consulting – Amdocs Consulting Division
Modisette is a telecommunications management consulting partner with a background in customer insight, analytics and strategy. Ms. Modisette’s consulting engagements include retail strategy at a leading North American cable provider, Customer Lifecycle Management at a large American mobile operator, customer segmentation and insight for a large European mobile operator, and multiple thought leadership engagements on multi-channel customer experience and the impact of channel explosion. Her previous positions include Founder and Principal Consultant for Info Insight Ltd, Managing Director of European Operations for Lightbridge and Director of Telecommunications Industry for Metaphor (an IBM subsidiary), along with numerous consulting engagements at Vodafone, T-Mobile, Orange, MCI and so on. She is also a marketer, having done all aspects of marketing and communications at various times in her career – from product and direct marketing to planning and project management.
Modisette’s consultancy has included projects covering diverse areas such as loyalty programmes and customer strategy, segmentation, Intentional Customer Experience™, best practice database marketing, contact management, CRM gap analyses, marketing planning and communications, product marketing and churn modeling. Modisette’s recent research area is in the explosion of new channels (such as social media) for both selling and care, and how to manage the customer experience in the realities of a multi-channel environment. She is a recognized expert in customer management (segmentation, churn, database marketing, loyalty and experience).
Lisa is one of the founding members and headed the Women in Mobile Data Association (WiMD www.womeninmobiledata.com) that promotes the development of mobile content and applications for underserved markets.
